His skills do damage based on attack and enlightenment though, which seems to say he's more of a damage dealer, but the multipliers are weak and he hits like a wet noodle. Reytah would give 18% damage reduction to everyone for the same number of debuffs. His passive says he's a tank, but it stinks against bosses because you might be able to keep 3 debuffs up on a single target if you feel like building your whole team around a 6% damage reduction. He was the first legendary I pulled and I ended up resetting him to level 1 in the first week because he just makes no sense as a hero.
